Wall of Fame

CRITERIA:

Team Sports: 1st or 2nd Team All State

Individual Sports 1st – 4th Place State Finisher

Special Standards:
Cross Country - 1st or 2nd Team All State

Cheerleading - 1st Team All State

Dance Team - 1st Team All State

Boys/Girls Golf - 1st - 2nd Team all State

Additional Criteria:
Athlete must also be a Graduate of Tualatin High School
Athlete must be part of OSAA Sanctioned Sports
If the Athlete was dropped from any sport (due to Athletic Training Code
Violation) the athlete would not be eligible for the Wall Of Fame. If at any point
during eligibility the athlete is reinstated by completion of the D/A Program, then
the athlete regains eligibility.

If you fulfill all the requirements above,  bring the items below to the athletic office by June 14th: 

1. An 8x10 graduation picture

2. List all athletic and academic honors your have received while at Tualatin high
